Advāita

Kafka stood, and stood, and stood by the shore
The girl lifted the helm of her azure dress.
But she didn't bother to look twice
Rather, she didn't bother to look at all
Certain things get repressed beyond doubt.
Certain feelings linger
And others, at the mercy
Of that, which is all pervasive - like Brida's quartz and jade.

You waited because you wanted to
I walked off, we weren't bound.
Your life would walk off.
Leaving behind a cancer, in your soul.
The first creation - the very being;
The chalice, holding enigma.

Why won't your thoughts be as transparent as all our event horizons?
Why would Adam be sucked into those same whirlpools again and again?
All for the fact that he lost his compass?

I'll wait. Let Adam mend his compass.
